Description: Gorgeous mermaid gown in sparkling blue. The gown has beaded spaghetti straps and delicate draping across the chest. The upper portion of the dress is a light blue dotted Swiss  and covered in stripes of sparkling blue sequins and contrasting blue beadwork. The dress is draped around the giant accordion pleated flounce that circles the lower dress. Center back zipper closure. 

Condition: Gently worn with no obvious damage. It was altered for the wearer.
